Worst experience... no upfront information about pricing, was blindsided by a $200 invoice, asked to pay extra in case they messed up to protect me, no if you screw up then it's on you. For the price I paid, would have been better off going to a CPA. Find anyone else to do your taxes. This was my 2nd a last time using HR Block, 1st time in kingston, they tried the same thing, but being in bigger city had options. Thought smaller town better service, oh was I wrong. Tax season is stressful enough, and as a consumer I was hoping for great experience with guidance and troubleshooting. Instead I was met with cryptic answers and in cases condescending responses. Would not recommend. My last work with them estimated a pretty good return, but was quite off - definitely looking for a more personable experience.
Thank you so much for making my life extra difficult. I will never refer another one of my clients to H&R block, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, can’t even help out a continuous client, having technical difficulties with there business upgrade to digital. Would give zero stars if
