Tax season is stressful enough, and as a consumer I was hoping for great experience with guidance and troubleshooting. Instead I was met with cryptic answers and in cases condescending responses. Would not recommend. My last work with them estimated a pretty good return, but was quite off - definitely looking for a more personable experience.
