I have used H&R for my taxes since I was 18. My husband and I wanted to find a new tax professional as my last one was in NY and doing my taxes virtually was resulting in some issues. I made an appt for 1pm today. I walked in a few mins late due to traffic. I would say around 1:05 There was no receptionist. I finally spoke to someone maybe around 1:10. She checked us in. Keera did an excellent job with our return. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly.
I went there because I believed there was a mistake with my taxes that I had done myself. Turns out everything I did was right. No price of service was disclosed and I even gave them the numbers I had thought were wrong. They said it was right and THEN charged me 320 bucks on top of what I owed. I get a call today about an appointment that I DID NOT BOOK. Trying to get me again on a scam. Don’t use.
Sam at the front desk was super friendly, and big shout out to Keera and Stanley for helping me with this years taxes! I’ll be back for next year.
