I had a lot of problems with Deloris, she sent me on a wild goose chase. She told my husband behind my back that she didn’t have any bookkeeping information to give me and that “I didn’t need” to bookkeep spending my lifetime of saving on renovating a house that I owned before I was married to build a portfolio. Our preparer was very good and helped us out a lot. She was quite friendly and professional.
My tax returned handle by Ms De, She is very nice, friendly and helpfully, Only one thing which I did not like about, they charged me so much high price. She can give some more discount or charged me little bit less fees.
H&R Block exceeded our expectations. From booking online for our appointment to signing our returns. Barbara Crabtree put our mind at ease. She was very knowledgeable, competent and patient with our questions and was quick with our returns this year. So thankful for her and the H&R Block team. Took the stress out of tax time for us! 10/10 recommend.
