Made a huge mess out of our taxes. Extremely hard to get in touch with for the guaranteed corrections that HRBlock stands behind. Rude customer service from our preparer that has real issues admitting she’s wrong.. it’s been an unresolved nightmare. Do yourself a favor go find a tax accountant who will work with you Been MONTHS of an unresolved mess!!! ### UPDATE MARCH 2025 Still Awaiting our AMENDED RETURN THAT HR FILED AND SCREWED UP AGAIN!!!!
