If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely awful experience. Receptionist was ungodly rude to us and scolded us for arriving 15 min early ? Didn’t make a difference since Olivia our tax preparer was 30 min late to our appointment. For the first time, we owed taxes. We weren’t thrilled about it and asked many questions.
