I've done my own taxes with H&R Block home software for years, but this year we had a huge tax hit and I knew I needed help. I searched for good reviews and found several 5-star reviews for Cindra (Cindy) Andrieu at the Henrietta, NY location for H&R Block. We had an excellent experience. I had a horrible experience here. This was my first year getting my taxes done by H and R Block. Lois Reeves was my tax advisor and honestly I don’t even think she should be practicing anymore. I went to her in the middle of February. She had all my stuff filled out pretty quickly which was nice and I submitted and paid about 4 days after. I kept getting some generic message in my inbox to resign my papers over and over even though I had already signed.
