The office was 80 degrees and the system malfunctioned and I sat there with someone who didn't know what they were doing and he specifically said HE WILL ASK FOR A DISCOUNT FOR THE TROUBLE. I've done my own taxes with H&R Block home software for years, but this year we had a huge tax hit and I knew I needed help. I searched for good reviews and found several 5-star reviews for Cindra (Cindy) Andrieu at the Henrietta, NY location for H&R Block. We had an excellent experience. She helped find additional credits and we cut our taxes owed significantly. She was very personable, took the time to explain things to us, and really knew her stuff. I had a horrible experience here. This was my first year getting my taxes done by H and R Block. Lois Reeves was my tax advisor and honestly I don’t even think she should be practicing anymore. I went to her in the middle of February. She had all my stuff filled out pretty quickly which was nice and I submitted and paid about 4 days after. I kept getting some generic message in my inbox to resign my papers over and over even though I had already signed.
