I had a horrible experience here. This was my first year getting my taxes done by H and R Block. Lois Reeves was my tax advisor and honestly I don’t even think she should be practicing anymore. I went to her in the middle of February. She had all my stuff filled out pretty quickly which was nice and I submitted and paid about 4 days after. I kept getting some generic message in my inbox to resign my papers over and over even though I had already signed. Scheduled and confirmed an appointment for Saturday at 10a, received the email confirmation drive to the office to find out they were not open until 12p that day. Called the 1-800 number to reschedule. Had an appointment at 5p again scheduled and confirmed only for the accountant to tell me she only works until 5p. Lady referred me to another accountant at the office and she couldn’t help me or refer me to anyone who could. Wasted two weeks trying to get my business taxes complete on incompetence
