I can’t THANK YOU ENOUGH for Judy Ammons!!! She is AMAZING…unfortunately HR Block in East Rochester didn’t catch MAJOR mistakes on my NY and Federal returns. Judy was extremely polite and professional. I will DEFINITELY come back to Judy every year. PLEASE buy her a HUGE LUNCH😂 Again…Thank You Judy!!!!!

The office was 80 degrees and the system malfunctioned and I sat there with someone who didn't know what they were doing and he specifically said HE WILL ASK FOR A DISCOUNT FOR THE TROUBLE. After all it took over 2 hours... Im not cheap, I didn't ask that but after it was said, okay lets do it. I get email from the guy a week later asking if i wanted to file. All a sudden he mentions I owe the state...Why didn't you tell me when I was there...He said my refund was $500 after everything. Okay moving along obviously I knew wha... read more
