Very knowledgeable and friendly staff
The office was 80 degrees and the system malfunctioned and I sat there with someone who didn't know what they were doing and he specifically said HE WILL ASK FOR A DISCOUNT FOR THE TROUBLE. After all it took over 2 hours... Im not cheap, I didn't ask that but after it was said, okay lets do it. I get email from the guy a week later asking if i wanted to file.
