Me and my husband went there they charged us 470 to do our taxes we had to pay up front, we filled our taxes January 29th and we couldn’t check our status on the irs so we called the office the girl who works the front desk was beyond rude and saying child tax credits take longer but the whole time we was missing a 1095-A form and they didn’t even bother to call and tell us and the person who did our taxes Brenda was very nosey and asked questions she shouldn’t have been and it is like after we paid up front she didn’t even ... read more
Fees are wayyy to high ive been with hr block for years and this fee was ridiculously high, at least give faithful customers and good and fair price and a discount for returning to them each year
It’s been 7 months since I gave Deb my taxes to do. I haven’t received one call and the 2 times I’ve spoken to someone it’s an excuse. I can’t get ahold of anyone and the numbers on file are out of service. The place is always closed and no one to reach. I will be filing a complaint because this is very unacceptable! We rely upon good service and all we get is trash. I’m yet still waiting for someone to reach me. Disgusting service.
I don't like the way the CPA made me feel, my husband needed his taxes filled before deadline though he being incarcerated he told what he wanted me too do and is too take it here I explained what happened and immediately I get attitude like I was judged for being a bad person as well as my husband cause he is incarcerated plus made me feel like I'm a theif trying to steal my husbands taxes....
