I was nervous but my tax preparer was calm, friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience and would return next year.
Awful experience, although the person was nice. The MyBlock website had a glitch and it was all downhill from there, tech support was no help. The overall process of submitting documents, reviewing returns and making changes were painful. My advice is unless it's simple enough to do it yourself, get a CPA.
Well worth the price..made filing my taxes so easy!!
