Do not use hnr block especially this one! They didn’t file my 2021 taxes and never got back to me after I asked about the price. Ed barber was doing my taxes via email which the manager Tiffany said they were not allowed to do. He then never followed up with me and I live an hour away so it would have been difficult to come in. However Ed failed to mention in his email that if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t file my taxes nor did he mention that I could go into any hnr block to pay.
