When I arrived, the lady acted confused when I requested the estimate of my tax return. I even had to ask, ‘ Is that not what you do here?’ Then, when I told them to mark me as the head of household, an employee told the lady who was helping me that I could not be head of household with my income. They just charge, but they do not know what they are doing. They just talk out of feeling. They also charge a price difference for filing either Federal and State.
