As of right now, I will not go back to this location. I came there with 3 years of returns to do, 5 total returns. As of today, 3 of those returns had to be corrected BY ME, after the mistake was detected BY MY WIFE. After numerous calls, none returned, no offer to compensate for the error, even with the company's guarantee of "100% accuracy". No apology for the mistake or any sense of accountability. Been to H&R Block before with little to no issues, different location.
