We came in around noon with our tax documents and by 1 p.m. we had a much smaller tax bill than we expected. Many thanks to the friendly front desk Associate and to Alexa, our tax preparer, who quickly got our information into the system and took the time to explain everything very clearly. I know we'll be back next year.
I wanted to do a virtual appointment and go all the way to the end and the website said I had to call. So I called and a guy from this office said he would help and we did a video appointment an hour later. He then said he was in over his head with my tax return and scheduled me for an appointment for another man for today at 9am. I joined that video and no one showed up.
