PAID 300$ TO HAVE MY TAXES DONE IN JANUARY PAID FOR RAPID RETURN RECEIVED MY FED TAX RETURN AND THEY TOOK ALL THERE MONEY AND NOW ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS HAVENT GOT MY STATE TAXS CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD THEY CANT HELP ME TO CALL IRS MY SELF WHY DID I PAY THEM FOR APPEARS TO ME TO SCREW ME AND GET THERE MONEY AND THEN DROP ME I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DON'T CARE AS LONG AS THEY GOT PAID I GIVE THEM A NEG 5STARS AND A BIG NEVER AGAIN
This was the best service I recommend!! The gentleman named “Joseph Famiglietta” did a fantastic job helping me out with my tax return. It was a struggle trying to fix it at first but he pulled through it and made it work. Thank you Joseph for you help!

I met with them face to face to explain my return. I uploaded all my documents. Never heard back. I kept following up. They said sorry I am too busy to do your return. This is just a few days before taxes are due. Who does that? Especially if you are tax pro? I was left in a bad situation
