Great experience! I was highly impressed with H&R Block. The tax preparer was very experienced and had a lot of knowledge about preparing taxes. She did a great job, it was done quickly, and I had my own screen to watch the process. The cost was extremely fair and lower than I anticipated, it was a wonderful experience and I will be going back every year now to H&R Block. They also offer other financial services!
I regret sending my son here to get his taxes done. Never again! He never got a copy of his tax return. The prepare couldn’t get his return to print due to being out of paper or toner. I can’t remember which one. Horrible excuse never sent him a copy even though they said they did numerous times he never got it. Still waiting for his refund from the federal government. Filed his return in March. He went back to find out what the problem was and they were less than helpful obviously there is an issue… they need some kind of v... read more
