Leslie was super helpful, personable, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease with the whole tax process!
Marcelle was totally unprofessional and unresponsive. It was a year of ongoing issues and I ended up wasting a lot of energy and time and finally needed to go to someone else. So bad it wa like she ghosted, terrible experience and tax matters are suppose to be the most important matters to tend to!
The fees they charge to file your taxes is OUTRAGEOUS!! My state & fed refund added together was not much. I have filed with them before. I was charged $337 for filing fees. I will not be filing with H & R block EVER AGAIN!!
Marcelle is the best! Been working with her for years. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for all you do!
