I had booked an online appointment from abroad, with a 13 hour time difference. The video call link was neither present on my H and R block website, nor was it sent to me on messages by the tax consultant. The tax consultant was rude and unhelpful, when I requested the link. Finally asked me to reschedule if "I am unable to find the link". This is despite me sharing attachments of my home page showing no links. Highly unprofessional.
