I attempted to explain I had identity theft and was told I had to go to another location even though drop off was an option they refused to help me. I've dealt with the company in the past and this is my first encountee with this location. Extremely disappointed in the la k of compassion and understanding.
The manager never returns phone calls or emails. I was also given wrong information by harish Patel and I believe my taxes were filed wrong because it's been 3 months and still no taxes back yet
Great service and peace of mind…. I have to say as a hrb client for several years this will be my last year. HRB customer service has gotten very bad, very bad and I will not be back next year
I had a disappointing experience in which I booked an appointment with one tax professional and was directed to meet with another. During said appointment, I was repeatedly told to file my taxes using TurboTax instead. I felt I had to justify my reasoning for attempting to file with this branch. The experience was not welcoming and I will not be returning or recommending H&R Block for any tax purposes in the future.
Maybe a different location The tax pros here are horrible and very biased and discretionary. I would never recommend this Location to anyone
