I had a disappointing experience in which I booked an appointment with one tax professional and was directed to meet with another. During said appointment, I was repeatedly told to file my taxes using TurboTax instead. I felt I had to justify my reasoning for attempting to file with this branch. The experience was not welcoming and I will not be returning or recommending H&R Block for any tax purposes in the future.
Maybe a different location The tax pros here are horrible and very biased and discretionary. I would never recommend this Location to anyone
My experience was poor and it’s so expensive, they charged me $360 just for fed & state taxes straight forward ones in Rt1 Edison branch. When asked it was $250 they said it’s because of 2 extra documents bank interest and mortgage details handling charges. I was a loyal customer for 3 yrs. I am not going back to H&R Block. I’m done ..
