I have filed my taxes for 5 years now and it was my first there and so far terrible I haven't received my refund that I filed back in mid January and the lady double submitting my application twice so now all it tells me is that im rejected and it costed me $500 I will be going somewhere else next year for sure
Scheduled an appointment with a representative, went in for the appointment 15 minutes early, stated no appointment scheduled. Asked for my paperwork back. Refused to return paperwork(w’2) no manager to help. Called corporate and they asked me to email someone. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
