Booked an appointment ahead of time at 5pm and wasn't taken in until 5:30. Was met with attitude, face rubbing, and my consultant had to ask his supervisor ON HOW TO EVEN FILE A TAX RETURN. Then they both came over and said I didn't need to file for my father who passed away (that's very incorrect by the way.) The supervisor then instructed him on how to file and he was sighing, rubbing his face, and continuously spelling information wrong that was right in from of him.
