I hate to do this, but unfortunately I'm going to have to reverse my original review of H&R Block in Middletown, RI. To be transparent I've utilized their services in the past via an in person office visit but this time I was forced to file virtually which process wise went rather smoothly. Recently the Middletown, RI's office agent Margarette Ceres (Margo) filed our 2024 tax return. H&R Block stated that we owed the state $43.
