Brianna was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable! We were in an out without any issues!
Mike was terrible. I got up and left in the middle of trying to file. He kept looking at me with blank stares like he had no idea what he was doing and claimed he had 29 years experience. I have never experienced anything like it.
I don’t know about anyone else but holy wow!! I was charged $460. To do my taxes here. Last year was $330. And this time the lady went up! I asked her why? She said she had extra work to do?!?! I did all the numbers! She just had to put them in the system! Not seeing me again H&R Block!!! I’ve never had anyone charge me this big price.
