I had an amazing experience with this H&R Block last week. Christina was so wonderful on the phone, answering each of the questions I had and providing options for my needs. Jason was an INCREDIBLE help with my taxes. He was kind and knowledgeable, and I was blessed to have been paired with him for my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice, especially since it is and has been family owned for 3 generations now. I am so pleased with my visit to this H&R Block!
Please whatever you do, do not go here. I initially went to another location on Kempsville Road, but the lady at that location told me that I could not file yet, because I did not have my 1099 from doordash. I wanted to do the refund advance because I needed some additional funds soon, so I ended up calling this location on Indian River Road.
