My mom has been going to H&R Block for years. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of getting to see Jillian H at the Clayton office. She could not have been kinder, patient, or any nicer to my mother! She had to explain things a few times, and she was delightful. Knowledgeable, and efficient, and made the process painless. Kudos to this office for having such a gem as Jillian! 🏆🌟 Top Notch!!
Terrible service would not recommend going to this location my fiancé went to ask simple question for advice and got nothing but a disrespectful attitude. I would give it a zero star if possible avoid at all cost. PS: I have been going to H&R Block for about 14 years and she has been going for at least five. We both will not be going to H&R Block after the experience. Rant over Take care everyone
