HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! My husband and I have been going to this H&R Block since we got together 10 years ago, my husband was going way before that. We went in on Monday and had Cheryl Vernado. The way she immediately came at me about my taxes before we even stepped into her cubicle was very unprofessional.
