Almost two years ago, H&R Block royally messed up my taxes, resulting in a significant back tax liability and IRS late fees. They assured me that they would cover the resulting late fees (as their policy states), yet I’m still waiting for them to honor that commitment. Given their clearly stated policy, it's mind blowing how long it's taking for them to make it right. Every time I go in to ask for an update, they assure me that it will be soon.
