Do NOT recommend. Tammy filed my taxes and messed up uncontrollably I have asked to speak with management multiple times. Has not once referred me or got me in contact. Filled my taxes wrong. Doesn’t even know where she put my refund to be sent to. Went to tell me how she “ thought “ there was an emerald card. I was never given one. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! And now I’m stuck with the consequence of her mess up and no refund ! FILE ELSEWHERE!!
Tammy was very efficient and walked me through all the filing process Will definitely be back next year!
