I filed with H & R block back in 2023, the department of revenue is now coming after me for thousands of dollars, stating I didn't file my federal taxes that year. I tried to contact this one here in town to get my tax statement and they don't even answer the phone, they send you to a customer service line that you can't understand because the phone operator sounds like she's talking through a styrofoam cup and a piece of string.. Do NOT recommend. Tammy filed my taxes and messed up uncontrollably I have asked to speak with management multiple times. Has not once referred me or got me in contact. Filled my taxes wrong. Doesn’t even know where she put my refund to be sent to. Went to tell me how she “ thought “ there was an emerald card. I was never given one. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! And now I’m stuck with the consequence of her mess up and no refund ! FILE ELSEWHERE!!
