If I could I would give them a zero. First off they wanted to argue with me about claiming kiddos. Then he put my information in on the wrong spots. And the agent was extremely rude with me and wife. I had to pay IRS back and the state back due to them not doing their job correctly. They claim to be the best, I would highly recommend going any where else!
Would never recommend h&R block to anyone It's $500 to file your taxes married It's $500 to file your taxes single they'll suggest that you take your child off your taxes so that you know cuz they don't know how to fix the mess up but not knowing that having your child on your taxes gives you a child tax credit even as a regular person and not a tax professional I know that one. H&R block is a joke people that use h&R block don't know any better but I hope they start to learn that this is not something they need to be doing.
My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Taylor again this tax season. She turns confusing into complete clarity. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, taking the time to explain every detail. We leave learning something new every year. The communication was excellent, the process was fast, and she makes us feel comfortable and secure. I cannot recommend her enough and we’ll definitely be back next year!
I’ve had some not so good tax experiences in the past. This year I decided to try H&R Block and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! By far the smoothest, most beneficial and positive experience I’ve had. Taylor went above and beyond to help me and make things easy and stress free for me. I didn't realize tax season could be so simple. Needless to say, I’ll be coming back next year.
