We made an appointment over the phone, but the person we spoke to did not book us. Fortunately, given that mistake H&R block was still able to help us complete our taxes. Elizabeth Garcia was very patient and efficient. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I had my 2021 taxes amended through this establishment about a year ago to get some things fixed that I left out... They ended up doing them for me at a reasonable cost but ended up using the wrong social security number on all the documents which were denied by the feds and the state... When I went in to get the problem corrected I was told that they would make it up to me with a possible discount for there error... Called the Woodburn office and made an appointment, I even got a confirmation text for the date and time. Showed up on the set appointment date only to find out that nobody works in the Woodburn office at certain times and was told that it was no big deal and that I could get what I needed done at the Salem location. What front desk personel books an appointment knowing nobody works there! Nothing was ever said about another location and if I wanted to do my taxes in Salem I would have called Salem!
