I’ve had my return prepared by this office and by using their App. Everything is so easy and I get to chose how I need support. All my documents in one spot and I also sign up for their Spruce card to start saving. Love everything about this service.
This location is run poorly. My tax prepare told me to come anytime to have my documents scanned in and they would take care of things, but after I took my documents to be scanned in, I could not get a response from Ms. Debbie until I emailed a screenshot of my last pay stub to which she replied that she did not have my documents. When I called to find out what happened to my documents, with my personal information on them, I was treated like I was unreasonable.
