After being a H&R Block customer for the better part or 30 years we may very well have part ways .... I called in to Hobbs Bender location to talk to them about setting an appointment and filing for for a extension when the branch manager as she introduced herself as started to call me sweetie and sweetheart as to which I informed her as I have been married for 25 years that she was being unprofessional she continued the say it until I got real straight with her and she hung up on me ....... so H&R can correct this, or I wil... read more
