Had one of their agents rush through my taxes and messed things up which caused me to have to pay back money to the IRS cause she wasn't paying attention. Been doing our taxes with H&R block for the last 9 years and your pay they $50-$65 extra for that H&R block protection plan that's supposed to catch things like this but nope that's just a scam. If zero stars were an option that's what I'd choose. I did my taxes with H&R Block for the 2023/24 tax season. The "tax prep expert" Stephanie Zimmerman, rushed through the process, which again, I was filing my taxes, took all of 7 minutes. I was very rushed and honestly she looked like she was not sober. I should have stopped it right there but didn't want to seem impolite, so that's on me.. but all the same.
