Dax was awesome!
I had my taxes prepared at east peoria location last year & asked for advice about tax withholding from social security due to being a new retiree. I was told nope you dont have to do anything. Long story short, got taxes done yesterday at Bartonville location & lady has been doing taxes for 29 years & discovered east peoria was wrong. Had to pay in $2,255 in taxes.
Yvonne was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!!
I worked with the lady called CJ at the East Peoria branch of H&R block, she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very well experienced in her field of work. She made it a joy, it was my first time at H&R block and I will be back and I will be asking for CJ.
