I would give a 5, but this year I owe 801.00 to IL. I would not fault that on you guys, but the one helping me decided to joke about it. We are already tense enough as it is, and they think it's funny? A little light humor is fine, but not when someone is now 800 dollars in the hole.
Royce Draughn filed my taxes super quick! She was extremely helpful and answer many questions I had. Her help & patience was extremely appreciated!
I called up and got an appointment for the next day to get our taxes done the lady seemed real professional and helpful. We'll definitely go back there again. Great customer service
