I made an appointment at h. And R block, they asked me a 101 questions about my taxes. I asked them if I needed to bring anything else with me to this appointment. So I can be prepared, they said, no, we just need the paperwork and you're license. No problem said nothing about I needed a $150. To process this, you asked me every question about my taxes. I had my taxes done by Corrine Duddy. She asked if I had my taxes done by her last year and how I could actually consider going back to her. If you want to be treated badly go to her. She believes she is better than most and will just believe you aren’t good enough to even see her. Here’s an idea instead of her going to work why don’t you just have her stay home and have her look at herself in the mirror all day, cause that all she will accept. AWFUL customer service. Dropped off taxes to be prepared. 3 different follow ups with no call back from Anna who was assigned to my account. Would not return to this company again. BEWARE!
