HR Block messed up my taxes to the tune of $6500. Rather than apologizing and trying to help me make it right, the woman I met with in the Lowell, IN branch put the blame on me, and really the only next steps that were given was that I need to pay back the amount, and HR Block will eventually reimburse me. I am sorry, but hearing from a preparer that messed up my taxes so incredibly, I absolutely have no interest in more or less loaning my money until HR Block determines it's the time to make it right.
