I would give 0 stars if I could. I chose to come here on the recommendation of a friend and I set up an appointment last week for an 8am appointment. I get there and they are closed. Ring the doorbell and no answer. Called and no answer. Got a stupid AI program to tell me that my 8am appointment which was confirmed is actually 5pm. So I've learned two things about H&R block. 1.
