Did our taxes in January. It's now September and we still haven't gotten our taxes. We pay the extra peace of mind and when we call asking about what's going on, nobody knows. No updates about anything. They tell us to call the IRS and the IRS tells us to call H&R block🤷♀️. Sad that we have been doing our taxes with them for years and all this time paying extra for that peace of mind and it was all a waste!
