Received a school tax bill from 2023 from a collection agency. Since I am a retired senior citizen I was confused and contacted H&R block. I emailed collection agency bill and provided info and was advised they would investigate. Got an email stating I would get a call from Chandana at 11:00am on 9/13. Call never came, called office at 11:30am. Chandana was unaware of my case and had no idea that I was on her calendar and why she was talking to me. Would not recommend. They made significant errors on my taxes and I didn’t receive the full refund I was entitled to.
