Sounds like the old man with gray hair who did my taxes, unprofessional and looking for a hookup at his age
I was completely dissatisfied with experience at the Whiteford branch of H&R Block. My tax "professional" was the complete antithesis of professional. He was demeaning, rude and took a 10 minute personal call during my time with him. He spoke to me like I was stupid and incompetent, spoke negatively of a former co-worker with whom I am an acquaintance and joked about his sexuality. I left feeling sick to my stomach and I will never ever be conducting business with them again.
