I made an appointment online for 8. They called and switched it to 9 because that’s when they open. No problem. I show up a couple minutes before and go inside but it seemed like a ghost town. Somebody finally came out from the back and I couldn’t even tell if they worked there. After a while someone else came to the front and was who I had an appointment with. Taxes were not filed consistent with my clear written direction and past H&R Block practice with me, so as a consequence I didn't get my refund. Phone call and emails unreturned in my effort to get this remedied.
