I was happy with the with the accuracy but it's kinda like they don't care about saving you money. I asked about promo code and we're told they were none. They as soon as I leave see i could of saved 50. Dollars
They don’t answer the phone or respond ti emails, nor reach out after paying $400 for my taxes. I used an accountant named Patrick who completely messed up my taxes. He was first 25k off from what my income was and almost submitted my tax to IrS $25k more than I made…I caught that one. After he submitted it, It was rejected and I never received a call. He also didn’t respond to any of my emails. I had to call weeks later and found out that the IRS didn’t accept my return and now it’s late with penalties..
