I made an appointment online for 8. They called and switched it to 9 because that’s when they open. No problem. I show up a couple minutes before and go inside but it seemed like a ghost town. Somebody finally came out from the back and I couldn’t even tell if they worked there. After a while someone else came to the front and was who I had an appointment with. She took the two documents that I didn’t have already uploaded to my HR account and it took forever for them to login and figure out how to scan. Meanwhile they were ... read more
Taxes were not filed consistent with my clear written direction and past H&R Block practice with me, so as a consequence I didn't get my refund. Phone call and emails unreturned in my effort to get this remedied.
