Fees are outrageous!! Worse place ever to have taxes done, especially if you are self-employed. Will absolutely never go here again and would never recommend to anyone. Stay far far away! Since the new ownership, the whole process has turned into a nightmare. I’m sure Turbo Tax would have even gotten a better refund as well!
Every Saturday for years it has been first come first serve on Saturday mornings in February. We drove over an hour this morning and wait out front from 7 am only to go in at 9 am and find out that not only are our favorite people no longer there but they are now by appointment only as of a week ago. A sign on the door with the update would have been appreciated!!
