Thanh Chau was worse than unhelpful. I accidentally brought my mortgage statement rather than my mortgage interest statement. While I was trying to print look it up and print it for her, she said I didn’t need it due to income (in a long and repetitive way) so I gave up trying to print it off. Excellent as usual
I called the H&R Block on Brandt Pike and spoke to the receptionist. I asked if I could get a price on doing my taxes and she said if I bring in all my documents they should be able to give me a more accurate price. The next day I arrived at the office with all of my documents. I told the person behind the desk I was there to get a price on doing my taxes. The whole process was great!
Robert is a tax expert. And he provided excellent customer service. I followed him from AZ to NC. He provided excellent advice and saved me $$$. He was always available for my calls and questions. Robert would be an asset to any tax preparer service who employs him. He is a blue chip tax specialist.
I would never recommend this office. While there are pleasant reception personnel, you may encounter a much less professional Richard. He comes across as an angry and miserable individual. I left a message in person and over the phone to call me he ignored both. The past 2 years he appeared more focused on bashing Trump and less on reviewing my return. This location is HORRIBLE. I've tried 3 different times to work with them (because of proximity to my house) and each time they have cancelled my appointments without notification. This last time, tax preparer Joyce Rutherford, cancelled my appointment (made a month in advance) twice, without even notifying me. It's insane that this office is still in business!
I went in to set up an appointment to get my taxes done and realized very quickly that I needed to go somewhere else. The lack of professionalism was concerning. The facility smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I could barely concentrate and when I pulled into the parking lot, two of the workers were standing outside smoking. The staff lacked professionalism and tact. I’m glad I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Worst experience ever. The tax pro Rosemont had no clue what he was doing.
