I stopped in today to get my taxes done, no receptionist! the busiest day of the year and no one at the counter. I understand how this day can be busy but this store is grossly miss managed and when talking to my MASTER TAX ADVISOR ENROLLED AGENT i was expected to know all the answers! It would have been less painful and easier to file on line then to deal with Martin Gilbride! Thanks for wasting my time today! Oh i can not give zero stars, by default Marty gets one.
