Fantastic. I stopped in on 14 Apr 2025, only for notary services. The lady that checks folks in was Amazing and Kind. The gentleman (Zebby) that did the notary was just as amazing and kind. $300+ for me to file my taxes as a single person is absolutely bonkers. The woman who did my filing was nice though. 1 star because of the bloody price though.
Have been dealing with this location all day trying to get filed. Had an appointment at 11 a.m. It is now 4:36pm. I have had no contact other than me having to call them, and then getting hung up on. And they charge people 400+ to file for them and this is the service you receive.
