I gave a 3 star because it was like highway robbery today with the fee they were going to charge and then waiting almost 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. But the lady that we see every year was an angel. She guided us on how to do our taxes on our own and for way cheaper, so we were only going to get back like $600 and then they were going to charge us almost $500 for just using them.
