I was extremely disappointed with my visit to H&R Block due to the unprofessional conduct of an employee named Dolly. Despite her 11 years of experience, she was rude, impatient, and openly looked down on us for not understanding complex tax details, which is exactly why we sought professional help in the first place. She refused to assist with the paperwork and made us do the majority of the work ourselves while maintaining a hostile attitude.
