If I could put negative stars I would,I am shocked at how I was spoken to. I recieved a letter from the IRS stating my taxes was missing information.. I've been waiting almost year for my taxes and still have not received them. I showed them the paper from the IRS and asked for a refund. They actually blamed the IRS saying the IRS must have lost my taxes. They didn't offer to do an investigation, they said for me to prove it if I want a refund knowing no one can get a hold of the IRS right now. That's ok though because corpo... read more
