Had my taxes filed here, downloaded/printed the information sent to the IRS that Bob had put in and not only did he miss one of my W2's but he also missed a huge retirement fund. He seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I asked the secretary if we could have someone check behind his work and she said we can't since it's already been accepted by the IRS so now I have to drive to the IRS and try and get all of this corrected but they charge $175 for a PROFESSIONAL tax preparer all for it to be missing extremely vital i... read more
Horrible experience- appointment was at 12 and I was taken at 12:45. Tax “expert” Bob seemed to lack knowledge of appropriate forms that were needed. He deleted a document that was pre- populated then said he needed it and continued knowing the document was not there. If you must go to this location use a different tax professional.
I had my taxes done here last year, needless to say I did not go back and I’m not the only one to have this issue. They do NOT tell you much info about amended returns, and told me not to worry. Actually there was a need to worry. It took us a while to pay back the amended return we weren’t warned about. Do not waste your time. I do not say this to be rude, I say this to try to keep people from falling into the same thing we fell into.
