They made a mistake on the account number for my refund, costing me $200 dollars in late fees on my property taxes due to bank sending back. Now the state must wait 30 days to issue check instead of direct deposit. Been going there 25 yrs, but will not go back as new owner Karen Stull cares nothing about customers. All she cares about is her $225 for her half hour service !! Former owner for 30 years never tried to blame customer and was always very considerate!!!!!!
Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with in order to get an appointment. They canceled with me several times, explaining that people had called off-if they hired more staff they wouldn't have this problem. Lots of gossiping while I was there.... I didn't feel like they valued my business at all. I forgot a form and the lady talked down to me like I was a child.
