I had a complicated return to file and Lori was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was so great to work with and was very patient. I’m thankful that she is the one who helped me because the other woman working across the room spoke extremely loud to the point that everyone could hear her customer’s private information. If you plan on filing your taxes this year I'd suggest avoiding this H&R block in VB. They messed up on my payment method. I wanted Direct Deposit and they tried to put it all on their emerald card when i was crystal clear about wanting direct deposit onto my account. The lady who filed my tax return apparently tried to lie to the manager and say it was my fault because I didn't have my Bank information on hand, but that was a blatant lie. We had an excellent experience for over 15 years with Joe Stidham at this HR Block who retired. He was absolutely wonderful! The new person they gave us to was not good at all. She seemed confused about everything and consulted with a coworker in front of me who was also confused. Neither of them seemed to understand non deductible iras and roth conversions.
