H&R Block has gone down hill immensely! The people there do not give confidence as they don't even know what they're doing. When I have to explain how a W-2 form works, that's a bad precedent. Their new system to manage phone calls is atrocious. I will never use h&r block again. Disgusting
I had a complicated return to file and Lori was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was so great to work with and was very patient. I’m thankful that she is the one who helped me because the other woman working across the room spoke extremely loud to the point that everyone could hear her customer’s private information. She was unprofessional, and had her personal cell phone volume turned up to full volume.
