Don’t recommend, had a mistake with my taxes for 2 months now. Me and wife have been calling weekly and every week it’s either” this person is on vacation “ or “we’ll call next Thursday “ and they never call customer service here is trash I even paid for peace of mind guarantee for if they messed up taxes they could fix, biggest waste of money.all they care about is submitting enough paperwork and then they all go on vacation and don’t care about their mistakes to fix them

Would not recommend, still have to deal with the state after filing, gave them all information and still entered the wrong numbers, delayed return and penalties from the state. Had to fix them myself and HR block only offered to cover the fees. Should have offered a full refund because I still have to work on my taxes to get them filed correctly.
Taxes done in a timely manner. I've used them for years . They give great advice.i know that they will back me up if the IRS asks questions. They are a little expensive but I pay that for peace of mind.
