I love hr block
This was the second year we did our taxes at this office, and we will never be using HR Block ever again. Our taxes were screwed up and we overpaid over $2000 dollars. After everything was fixed we were told we were actually getting a refund and didn’t owe any money. 5 months later and we’re still waiting to get some our money back. I have scheduled 5 phone appointments that no one has ever called me for.
