For the first time, tax season felt easy and well handled. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Horrible experience. Jan quoted our taxes just under $500, in the end he charged us $845 and would not respond to phone calls. He filed paperwork we didn’t need for our now 18 year old child. We are very disappointed. We need every penny of our refund from our business. He scammed us. Would rate zero stars if I could. Agness road H&R is not good for small businesses.
It was so nice to just drop off our documents and then go in and sign and pick up our copy. It was more expensive then I was expecting but they got us a much bigger refund then I was expecting so it was completely worth it.
