I have had the worst experience with H&R block. I started off with a tax pro, whom made a mistake in my taxes, and never fixed it (feb2024) I went to H&R block in person to get help, and I was just tossed around with zero answers and nothing solved. I "finally" got my taxes "fixed" by person #5 (June2024) it is now Sept 2024, and I haven't got my refund, and I am still being tossed in circles, with zero help or suggestions.
I had a very bad experience with H&R Block filing my return this year. I will definitely not avail their services in future, nor will i recommend it to any friend or family member. It looks like H&R Block has to do a lot to catch up and train its staff to move on to online tax filing system. I was being dealt with two case officers as I had applied for online filing this time. The problem was those two officers were not in communication with each other. As a result, I was dealing with two case officers. They would not answer... read more
